Tomorrow was Big Romeo’s wedding day. They would honeymoon in Oahu, Hawaii. The Baldwin Hills sanctuary was filled with the 63rd street gang. There was a pool party jumping off, oldies, and 80’s slow jams filled the air. Barbeque was on the grill. Paige and Ebony were hosting the female guests. The party had attracted the elite from the 63rd Crenshaw gang, but the party was open to all that threw up six fingers.

Big Moe was standing off to the side. He was drinking a glass of Remy Martin. He loved his younger twin more than anything on the planet. Their mother had left them in death early, so all they had were each other. The 12-year secret that he had been holding was tearing him apart. Big Moe had to tell Romeo about his relationship with Paige. After all, he would want to be told.

He questioned why he continued to sleep with Paige for so many years. If she wanted to marry Romeo, how come she didn’t stop coming to him?

He looked around the property. All he ever accomplished was with his little brother’s help. The one thing he told him was he wasn’t sharing was Paige. Moe violated that. Big Moe felt like shit. He hated Paige. She had the nerve to ask him to slip off into the bathroom while the pool party was cracking for a quickie. Low hoe. He couldn’t let Romeo marry her. He decided to come clean.

Romeo noticed Big Moe standing off to the side alone, so he approached him.

“What’s up, Big Moe?”

“Just have a thought, little brother.”

“What about?”

“Well, I need to talk to you. Let’s go inside.” Ebony blew a kiss to Big Moe. He smiled.

They went into the bedroom.

Big Moe immediately started off with, “Little Bro, I’m sorry.”

Romeo looked on, not prepared to hear what was coming next.

As Big Moe told him about the years of his secret relationship with Paige, tears began to flow from his little brother’s eyes. He was shocked. Romeo pulled his gun out and shot his brother in the head killing him.

Chip handed Big Romeo a piece of prison toilet paper to dry his eyes.

Paige never once visited Romeo…
